Psychologist-led support for your people, leaders and organisation
Employee Assistance Program

Centre for Corporate Health provides a psychologist-led Employee Assistance Program supported by a broader ecosystem of workplace mental health services.
Our model gives employees access to confidential psychological support, while also helping leaders and organisations respond to complex wellbeing matters, psychosocial risk and critical workplace situations. EAP, CARE, LEAD, EXEC and RESTORE work together to provide the right level of support at the right time.
Not just an EAP, an embedded support and risk management ecosystem
Workplace mental health needs can range from everyday personal challenges through to complex or high-risk situations. Our EAP ecosystem gives employees, leaders and organisations access to different levels of psychological support depending on what is happening.
EAP
Confidential psychological support for employees
Short-term counselling delivered by registered psychologists for employees experiencing personal or work-related challenges.
Where possible, employees are matched with a psychologist whose experience is suited to their needs, helping them access appropriate support from the outset.
CARE
Specialist support for complex and high-risk situation
CARE supports organisations when employee mental health or safety concerns become more complex or involve increased risk.
Our psychologists provide specialist advice, assessment and support to help organisations respond safely and appropriately when a standard EAP referral may not be sufficient.
LEAD
Psychological advice for leaders and managers
LEAD gives managers, HR, People and Culture and WHS professionals access to practical psychological advice when supporting an employee or managing a difficult workplace situation. It helps leaders approach conversations, identify appropriate support and recognise when escalation is needed.
EXEC
Dedicated support for executives and senior leaders
EXEC provides confidential support for executives and senior leaders managing the pressures, responsibilities and complexity that come with leadership.
Support can include counselling, coaching and psychologically informed advice from our most senior psychologists.
RESTORE
Supporting teams to manage workplace conflict
RESTORE provides psychologist-led support to teams and organisations managing workplace conflict, strained working relationships and ongoing interpersonal difficulties. It helps teams rebuild trust, communication, and support a healthier way of working together.

We work closely with our clients to understand their workforce, operating environment and priorities, then continue to review how the EAP and related services are being used.
This can include:
- supporting EAP implementation and communication
- reviewing utilisation and engagement
- identifying barriers to help-seeking
- interpreting trends and emerging issues
- benchmarking and discussing areas of opportunity
- advising on complex wellbeing matters
- strengthening support around known areas of psychosocial risk
- adapting services as organisational needs change.
Our aim is to help clients build an EAP that employees know about, trust and use, while giving the organisation access to expertise when more complex needs arise.
"EAP should be more than a benefit people access when something goes wrong. The strongest EAP partnerships embed clinically governed psychological support into the workplace processes where wellbeing risks can naturally arise, such as performance management, change, conflict and investigations. These processes can’t always be avoided, but the risks within them can be better managed when leaders know when to offer support, adjust or pause a process, and when to escalate."
Debra Brodowski, Executive General Manager, CFCH EAP

Embedding psychological support in workplace people processes where risk can arise
Many necessary workplace people processes, including performance management, investigations, conflict, organisational change and return to work, can also increase psychosocial risk. While these processes cannot always be avoided, organisations can strengthen how they are managed by embedding the right psychological support at the right time. As your EAP partner, CFCH can integrate clinically governed support into these processes, helping employees access support early and giving leaders guidance on when to respond, adjust, pause or escalate.
