Immediate support for employees who are at risk of suicide or non-suicidal self-injury is an essential part of an organisation’s safety-net of support. Our psychologists provide best-practice crisis support ensuring accurate assessment of risk, coaching for HR and leaders on their role in keeping employees safe, safety planning for the individual and connection with relevant mental health crisis support services.

Family and Domestic Violence Support

Keeping your people safe with immediate support for those at risk of family and domestic violence.

Our consultant psychologists have been trained to provide prompt assistance to those experiencing violence through safety planning and trauma-informed counselling, as well as offer support to the workplace by developing workplace safety plans and coaching leaders on how to support their employees, all under our best-practice FDV Intervention Framework.
